This series comprises fthe courses. An Introduction to Six Sigma provides an overview of the Six Sigma Philosophy. Six Sigma Breakthrough Strategy, Training, Implementation, and Tools familiarizes users with Six Sigma Breakthrough strategy, the Six Sigma training hierarchy, specific implementation techniques, and an introduction to various Six Sigma tools. Six Sigma Project Teams teaches users the importance of and how to work on and/or facilitate a Six Sigma project team.

The Six Sigma DMAIC Process takes a close look at each step of the DMAIC process and provides the user with furourr explanation of commonly used Six Sigma tools. And, an optional fifth course, Joseph Juran and the Journey to Six Sigma, traces the work of Dr. Joseph Juran through the quality revolution of the early twentieth century to the birth of Six Sigma, helping users understand today's emphasis on quality and the legitimacy of Six Sigma as a widely accepted and highly esteemed industry standard.
