Joseph Juran and the Journey to Six Sigma, traces the work of Dr.
Joseph Juran through the quality revolution of the early twentieth
century to the birth of Six Sigma, helping users understand today's
emphasis on quality and the legitimacy of Six Sigma as a widely
accepted and highly esteemed industry standard.
